Protect your heater and enjoy real peace of mind. Our Propex Extended Warranty gives you 5 years of coverage that starts the day you purchase your heater, for a one-time fee of $199.95.

Mountain Time Campers is the home of Propex North America and the authorized Propex repair department in the United States, based in Fort Collins, Colorado. When you buy a Propex from us, you're getting years of heating comfort and reliability, backed by the team that knows these heaters best.

Eligible heaters

This extended warranty is available for the following Propex HS series models only:

• Propex HS2000 interior heater (1-year standard warranty, extended to 5 years)
• Propex HS2800 interior heater (1-year standard warranty, extended to 5 years)
• Propex HS2211 exterior heater (3-year standard warranty, extended to 5 years)

What you get

• 5 years of coverage for manufacturing defects of the Propex heater and the original thermostat sold with it
• Bench time covered at 100% no matter the issue, including test runs and clean outs if your heater needs one (our normal repair rate is $150 per hour)
• Service by our authorized Propex repair team in Fort Collins

Adding coverage after your original order

Already own your heater? You can still add coverage if you meet all of these:

• Your heater was ordered directly from Mountain Time Campers.
• You can provide a copy of your original Mountain Time Campers invoice.
• You are the original purchaser.
• Your original heater order is within one year of the date you purchase this warranty coverage.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing this product, you agree to all of the following terms and conditions as set forth by Mountain Time Campers.

• This warranty covers manufacturing defects of the Propex heater and the original thermostat sold with the unit.
• It does NOT cover accessories, or any damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, exposure to dust, exposure to moisture, improper wiring, normal wear and tear, or damage during travel.
• If a repair to the unit was attempted or completed by anyone other than Mountain Time Campers, all warranties will be voided. This includes removing the top case from the unit.
• Bench time is covered at 100%. However, if the components being replaced are not covered under this warranty, you will be responsible for paying for the replacement parts.
• All shipping costs to and from Mountain Time Campers are the responsibility of the customer.
• Warranty coverage is non-transferable. You must be the original purchaser and provide the Mountain Time Campers invoice number for the purchase of the unit and the warranty coverage before filing a claim.
• Warranty coverage is not refundable for any reason, including returns.
