Mountain Time Campers Return Policy
We want you to love your gear and get out on the trail as quickly as possible. If something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you received your order.
Return Requirements
- All products must be in new, unused condition.
- Items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Please allow up to two weeks for our team to process your return once it arrives at our shop.
Refund Options and Restocking Fees
Orders returned within 30 days are subject to the following restocking fees:
- Store Credit: 10% restocking fee.
- Original Form of Payment: 20% restocking fee.
- Powder Coated Products: An additional 10% fee applies (see below for details).
How do I return my product?
We keep things straightforward so you can get back to your adventure. Just follow these steps:
- Verify that your order was received within the last 30 days.
- Fill out our online return form here.
- Ship the item back to us and keep a copy of your tracking number. Mountain Time Campers is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
Note: Mountain Time Campers reserves the right to deny a refund or apply additional fees to any product that does not meet our return quality standards.
Core Return Policy
We offer a 100% refund to your original form of payment for core returns under these conditions:
- The core is returned within 90 days of purchase.
- The core is in rebuildable condition (as determined by our technical team).
- The core is returned in the manufacturer's box (if it was originally shipped that way).
- The purchaser covers all return shipping costs.
Cores returned after 90 days are generally not eligible for a refund. However, for high-demand cores, we may allow a return for store credit only, subject to approval and an additional availability fee. Please fill out our core return form before sending your item back!
Electrical Components
To ensure the safety and reliability of our inventory for all customers, electrical components are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This includes all electronics, switches, bulbs, and analog electrical items.
Powder Coated Products
There is a mandatory additional 10% restocking fee for all powder-coated items. This fee helps cover the costs associated with our detailed check-in procedure, which includes a thorough inspection, touch-ups or re-application if necessary, and specialized repackaging to ensure the product remains in "mountain-ready" condition for the next customer.
