Camp cooking is a lot more enjoyable when you actually have room to work. The SylvanSport Dine O Max solves that problem better than anything else we carry. It sets up fast, gives you a real kitchen setup wherever you park it, and packs back down into its own case when you're ready to roll.

Two solid bamboo countertops give you 8.8 square feet of combined prep and cooking space. The main surface (38 x 18 in) holds up to 66 lbs, and the extended surface (32-1/4 x 18 in) handles another 30 lbs. That is plenty of room for a two-burner stove, a full spread of ingredients, and still have space to set down your drink. The robust square aluminum frame locks in tight and does not wobble around on uneven ground, which makes a bigger difference than you might think when you're actually cooking.

Underneath the countertops, a 9 cubic foot zippered pantry with four rigid shelves and zippered doors keeps your food, spices, and cooking gear organized and off the ground. The steel windscreen gives you a protected cooking area when the breeze picks up, and the collapsible wash basin (12 x 14 in opening with three utensil hooks) makes cleanup a lot less of a production. Add in the integrated trash bag holder, bottle opener, towel bar, backsplash organizer, and multiple mesh pockets, and you've got a kitchen that actually thinks like a camper.

When the meal is done and camp is packed, the whole setup folds into its own integrated travel case at just 7 x 40 x 19 inches. At 44 lbs, it rides flat on the deck of a GO, slides into the back of a van, or fits in most truck beds without taking over the whole cargo area.
